Prototyping & testing
We produce small pilot batches to test efficacy, stability, sensorial attributes (texture, fragrance), packaging compatibility, etc.
Scale-up & manufacturing
Once you approve, we scale up to production volumes, maintaining consistency and quality.
Quality control & release
Every batch is tested (microbiology, heavy metals, stability). Only batches that pass all criteria are released.
Support for labeling, certification & compliance
We help with ingredient declarations, safety data, regulatory filings (e.g. in U.S., EU, Brazil), and certifications.
